Off Season:     Labor Day thru 2nd Friday of June                 $130/night

  (except holidays & spring break)

Spring Break: 2nd Saturday of Feb thru last Saturday         $140/night

  of April (except Easter weeks)

Summer:  1st Saturday of June thru Labor day             $150/night

Holidays:  Week before Christmas thru New Years,            $175/night

  Week before & after Easter                         $175/night

  Thanksgiving week               $150/night

Cleaning Fee:   (Waived for stays of  7 nights or more)          $100

Florida Tourist & Sales Tax applied to all charges   12%

A damage deposit of $400 or credit card imprint will be collected upon check in.

Pool Heat:       Recommended October thru April                  $20 /day

Gas BBQ:       Set up, cleaning & service fee-               $35/week or

                              $7/day

A $200 deposit will hold your reservation. The deposit is applied in full toward the payment. The balance of the payment is due in full, 60 days prior to arrival.

The minimum stay is 5 nights, except reservations that include a major holiday, or part of a holiday weekend, which require a minimum 7 day stay.

Minimum stay requirement may be waived if requested dates abut up against another reservation, or if a specific opening in the schedule is less than the stated minimum.

You can place a reservation by notifying us by e-mail, or calling by phone.

1) E-mail:     Simply send an e-mail that includes your:

name,

address,

phone,

e-mail, and

number of adults & children.

Include the start date of your resrvation and the number of nights.

Options: Indicate whether you want the pool heat or use of the grill.

Feel free to ask any questions you may have.

For the comfort of all of our guests, there is NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

Comfort, convenience, and cost savings are the main reasons to consider staying in your own Orlando vacation home instead of a hotel. For the cost of one moderately priced hotel room, you have the privacy, space and comfort of your own vacation pool home. If your family/group is large enough to require two hotel rooms, there is absolutely no comparison.
