Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 car garage, private heated pool with large deck area, fully equipped kitchen & breakfast area, large TV, VCR & DVD in family room, TVs in each of the 4 bedrooms, formal dining & living rooms, laundry room with washing machine & dryer, baby cot/crib, stroller, infant car seat & bottle steriliser, and a trunk of pool toys & floats stored in the garage, alarm system.
Our holiday home is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with its own private pool, located in the premier golf community of Highlands Reserve. This is a well established & prestigious community which is conveniently located near all the major attractions, with parks, shopping, golf and dining locations, all within a short drive. Our villa is a real home away from home. Our 4 bedroom home extends to over 2,500sq ft. The accommodation & furnishings are of a very high standard, and provide for a fantastic home away from home experience. The large kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including dishwasher, microwave, full oven/hob/grill, fridge-freezer etc, as well as washing machine & dryer in the laundry room. There is a breakfast area for dining and a large family room to chill out & watch TV. In addition to these living areas, there is a more formal living & dining room, ideal for those occasions where the adults want to escape the kids.
Each of the 4 bedrooms have their own TV—so no need for arguments over which channel to watch! There is a very large master with walk-in wardrobe & large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is a large double room and in addition to this there are two separate twin bedrooms. There is plenty of bed linen and bathroom towels provided in the house, and there are hairdryers in each of the 3 bathrooms. Our villa has its own private, heated pool. There is a very large deck area with sun loungers & poolside table & chairs. The pool area is south facing, so its ideal sunbathing, lighting a bar-b-q or just chilling out!
